I'm looking for one (preferably a guy or someone who would be comfortable living with a guy) subleaser to take over one bedroom in a 2x2 furnished (you would be living with someone else who is a FSU student ) at elevate apartments for $695 (utilities not included). Apartment is walking distance from famu and 5mins from FSU by car. (You can walk but it's about a 10-15min walk to FSU). Move in would be August and the lease is for the full year.
(August 2024- July 2025). I will pay for subleasing fee and first months rent if needed. Message me if interested
