About Sublet for Jan 1-Aug 1
In search of a sublet for a Sundance apartment. I will be moving out, so I am looking for someone to take my place from January 1, 2024- August 1, 2024. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment right across the street from NSU! You would be sharing the kitchen/ living space with my current roommate, who is amazing and clean, and you would have your own bedroom and bathroom! The washer and dryer are in unit and we just got a brand new stove. Utilities come out to $80 per person per month (just electric and Wi-Fi)
