Im subleasing my room from now until July 31st, the rent is pretty cheap and the house is spacious. You'll have access to a large fridge and freezer, 2 bathrooms, lots of on-street parking, a large kitchen, 2 living rooms, and very short drive to Lidl. There are others living in the house, mostly UMD students. The room can also come furnished or unfurnished, whichever is better for you. Also I wanna note that the furniture you see in the pictures isn't the furniture that will be there if you decide you want the room furnished, as the room was being used for storage when I took those pictures. However comparable furniture can be provided.
