**Availability**
- Duration: 15 weeks from June 8th to September 23rd (12-13 weeks also acceptable - flexible)

**Location**
- Walking distance to campus: 15 minutes
- Bus stop & bike/scooter share right next to the house
- Bus ride to campus: 10 minutes

**Parking**
- On-premise: Available for an extra fee
- Street parking: Free and easily accessible on Veteran Avenue

**Amenities**
- Fully furnished, including dishes and basic supplies (toilet paper, spices, paper towels, etc.). Storage space, dining area, one full-sized and one mini refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove, dining table, couches, coffee tables, study tables, nightstands, etc.

**Requirements**
- Age: Must be 21 years old or older, at least by the time of rental
- Status: Must be a student (from any institution), at least by the time of contract
- These are from the UCLA housing policy. We will have to submit our contract and a copy of your ID to UCLA

**Contract Details**
- Deposit: Equivalent to one month's rent, required upon contract signing
- Refund: Deposit will be returned on September 24th, post-inspection of the house and furniture
