Hi everyone! I am looking to sublet my room in a two bedroom / two bathroom apartment on campus at Weyburn Terrace in Grad Housing at UCLA this summer.
Here's the relevant info!
Rent: $1300 per month for my room, everything included.
Time: Mid June - Mid September (I can be flexible on exact dates)
Eligibility: Preferably female subletter must be a student as per UCLA lease agreement (but not necessarily a UCLA student)
Location: Weyburn Terrace Graduate Apartments, Magnolia Court
Amenities: Internet, fully furnished, heat, AC, dishwasher, fully furnished, laundry room downstairs in complex, private bathroom
