Hi! I am subleasing a room in a 3 bed/ 2 bath duplex! I have 2 female housemates, so I am looking for another female to take the sublease.

The room is available from June 14th- August 2025

June would be half off at $350 with PG&E and Wifi included!

July and August would be $650 with city service and wifi included, PG&E would depend on usage, divided by 2 or 3 individuals that may stay at the house.

There are bus stops that are a 3 minute walk away and a grocery store that is a four minute walk away.
