-rent: $1200 including utilities (gas, water, wifi, trash) and a parking space, electricity paid separately via PG&E
-private bedroom, shared bathroom with one other person who is very clean
-completely furnished: full xl bed, desk, nightstand, closet, drawers, sofa, smart tv, dining table/bar
-included appliances: in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, electric stove
-fitness center, pool/hot tub, study pods, game room, coffee/tea bar, computer lab, and printer all for free use by U residents


Location-wise the U is close to Target, T.J. Maxx, and Safeway. It is also down the street from the Davis Police Department, where you will also find the 5th St & Cantrell bus stop which hosts bus lines that can take you all over Davis and even to Sacramento.
