Single space in double occupancy room available for a 2 month sublet. Each side of the room is leased separately, however as far as I know no one is currently looking to lease the other side, so it is likely to be a single for these months (I have asked management in the building if this is the case, they confirmed that no one has currently signed a lease for the other side and they don't think anyone will). There is a bathroom right next to the room in the hallway which is shared between this room and one other, but again it is possible that no one else will be using that space for the summer. The room will come furnished with a bed and mattress, a wardrobe, and a mini fridge.

The room is located in a large building, which contains very nice amenities including: a large communal kitchen, a TV in the living room, free WiFi, an outdoor patio space, and plenty of space to study. The building is conveniently located right next to Clark Kerr Campus, about a 15 minute walk from the UC Berkeley campus and a 10 minute walk to the Claremont area as well.
