Hi, I am interested in renting a furnished private bedroom & private bathroom to a female. You will have full use of the house, you must supply your own food and toiletries. Rent includes utilities, Dish Network & internet. I'm close To Citrus, APU & Mt.Sac colleges. I live near public transportation, parks, Gyms and restaurants. There is parking only if you have a compact car that will fit behind mine in the carport, otherwise there is nearby street parking. I'm looking for someone who is clean, quiet, trustworthy & stays to themselves. No drama. House rules will be no smoking, drugs or pets, no overnight guests & you must clean up after yourself. I am friendly & trustworthy. I am a night owl but I will not disturb you as I am quiet and I wear headphones to watch tv and listen to my music. I stay to myself.
