About Room within a house
We are looking for a mature, responsible, and quiet female student to share a home with an elderly woman. Private room with it's own bathroom. Rent can be adjusted if student willing to help with simple caregiving activities and chores. This would be perfect for a nursing student or others interested in caregiving. No pets. No smoking. No alcohol. Community has clubhouse and sport/recreational facilities.
