You will share the home with up to two other young, working professionals (one per room), but the upstairs bathroom is only shared with one roommate, also upstairs. You have access to in-unit washer and dryer, remodeled kitchen with modern appliances and a comfortably furnished living room. The home has central A/C and either WiFi or hard-wired ethernet in the room. Utilities are split three ways each month. We can supply basic furniture for the room if needed, such as a twin bed, or you can rent it unfurnished. (PLEASE NOTE: photos of the room in this ad show current tenant's furnishings). It's in a peaceful community with a pool and greenbelts around the home, rather than busy streets. The roommate atmosphere is positive (and gamer friendly).
