The Casita: Studio - This is a 600 sq foot studio that has been newly remodeled with hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, quartz counter tops, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, high end tile, new vanity, toilet and fixtures. It has its own entrance and tons of street parking and includes use of the pool. Laundry hookups are available for use on the backside of the house. It has a split air conditioning and heating unit and would probably be best suited for one person. Utilities are $150 a month. Utilities include: water, trash, gas, electric, pool service, lawn service, cable including almost all the channels and internet.
