Hello there! I have a room I would like to rent out in my house. The house is in a quiet, gated community in north-west Santa Ana with a golf course and park across the street. You would have full access to all shared areas in the house as well as kitchen and laundry. In addition the backyard an orange, lemon, guava, and apple tree as well as plantains all of which you are free to eat. The room is 125 sqft with a closet and ceiling fan. The room shares a wall with the other tenats room. You would be sharing the bathroom with another tenant (more info at the end). The garage can fit 2 cars (has an electric car charger) and the driveway has two spots so you never have to worry about parking. The rent would be 1200 a month utilities included. Proof of vaccination is required.

You would be sharing a bathroom with another person. He's a retired man who is allowed to smoke, cigars and such, outside. The smoke smell does waft out of his room sometimes. Full disclosure he does snore. I do not smoke. I am a homebody who works in IT. I go into the office usually 2 days a week and am home most of the rest of the time. Snorers welcome.
