Looking for someone to take over my daughter's lease at Yugo Apartments near the University of Arizona - It's a fully furnished 5x5 apartment, just a short walk to campus and nearby hotspots. Bedroom has its own private bathroom, and the apartment has been recently renovated with wood floors, modern appliances, stylish common areas, and upgraded decor. The complex has been updated pool area, gym, lobby and repainted hallways(much lighter & brighter). This bedroom includes a covered and secured/gated parking spot if needed for $145 but not necessary if you don't need it. Lease starts in August 2025(move-in is August 13th 2025). PRICE NEGOTIABLE IF INTERESTED/willing to pay 1st & last month's rent if you take over the 1-year lease but not for semester rental(may negotiate price though).

My daughter has lived here for 3 years, made incredible friends, and really enjoyed the experience. She's studying abroad next semester, so we're looking to sublet for a semester or transfer for 1 year lease.
