Hello! One bedroom is available to rent in a clean, comfortable, and convenient house near campus. The house is bright and sunny, fully furnished, with two bedrooms and one bathroom. It is located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood with great restaurants, shopping, and parks nearby. The available bedroom is 10' by 13' with a queen-sized bed, large desk, desk chair, lamps, overhead fan, and shelving in a walk-in closet. The house backs up to a protected bird sanctuary.

There are ceiling fans in the main rooms, hardwood floors, lots of windows with insulated shades, air conditioner, landscaped yards (including a large fenced-in backyard with trees), a gas BBQ, and free off-street parking.

The rent: $750/month plus half of the utilities. Big plusses: A house cleaner comes once a month to deep clean the house, and gardeners come quarterly to maintain the front and back yards. And if you like to garden, there is an above-ground planting area in the backyard with irrigation available.

You will be sharing the house with a third-year Ph.D. student (Physics) who is friendly, quiet, and studious. He keeps the home tidy, enjoys gaming, and will respect your privacy. He has lived in the house two years.
