We are 10 min from U of A and UAMS campus. We are looking for a female roommate to rent out a room with a closet and shared bathroom. We live in a house, so we all share kitchen space, living room, and backyard. We have two dogs both hypoallergenic! Rent is $450 plus utilities; lease is one year. We are both Christians, we do not drink or smoke or have overnight guests. We enjoy having people over on the weekends but also spend a lot of time studying. We both go to bed pretty early!!
