I am looking for someone to relet my furnished bedroom in a 2bx2b apartment at The Magnolia Auburn. The lease is from August 1st , 2023 to July 21st, 2024. The rent is $619 per month through relet, but it will be $659 or more if it's through the application. This place includes everything except electricity (in-unit laundry, high-speed internet*** - for real, water/sewer, furniture package, and community spaces - study rooms, gym, pool are included). I am unsure if the office has the list of 2x2 (furnished ones) for the upcoming year. This one can be renewed with the office for the next years at any time.

My room has a spacious space, a private bathroom, and a walk-in closet. I am going to leave my new 10 inch full gel memory foam mattress in the bedroom, the original mattress was so worn out that I bought a new one. The gym's nicely renovated with the new equipments and basketball court. There are many restaurants and stores near by with walking distance. Two Tiger Transit stops in the complex, and the buses come every 10 minutes.

Since it was not co-ed with my application, I am looking for a female tenant(s).
