About The Lofts

The Lofts is an off-campus student housing complex located right next to West Virginia University. All of the utilities are included in your rent, so you don't have to worry about all sorts of bills each month. This beautiful complex is fully furnished and has a long list of amenities like a 24-hour fitness center, tanning beds, computer center, pool/hot tub, and free shuttle rides to and from campus. Oh, and not to mention the 50" wall-mounted flat screen that's included as well. Unit rates are per bedroom per month.

I have lived here for 3 years and really like it. It's a nice complex that offers a lot of great amenities. The apartment that I have is very nice and has lots of room. The staff are helpful and take care of problems pretty quickly. I have had some great room mates and will be sad to move out when I'm done with classes this summer. Overall, it's been a great experience living here and I would recommend the Lofts to future students looking for an off campus place to live. ...

The lofts is quiet and I always felt safe living there. It was a little but dirty when I moved in, I could tell that the last people who lived there owed a dog because there was hair everywhere. It was difficult living so far away from campus especially during the pandemic. I took the bus service a few times and it was easy and quick. ...

I have very few negative things to say about the Lofts in Morgantown, WV. It is clean and modern. It is only about a seven minute drive from campus, which is very convenient for me. For those that do not want to drive, the shuttle is incredibly reliable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. ...

I have lived here for 3 years and really like the apartment and the area that it's in. I have had no problems and issues that occur get taken care of pretty promptly. If I continue attending school at WVU, I would plan on continuing to live here.

THE WORST Place TO RENT IN MORGANTOWN. My apartment has had black mold, ants, water leaks; clogged sewer lines, broken washer, and broken granite counter tops. The do not clean the units prior to move in I literally found a condom wrapper in the bedroom. This is not a joke I was stuck in this terrible place for a year, so I don’t want anyone else to have to go through this. The place is terrible and I advise anyone thinking of living here to look elsewhere. I rented from summer 10 through spring 11. ...
