Since management switched over it has become significantly better. They are renovating and even offering furnished apartments next year. Completely different from previous years. I rented from spring 2016 through fall 2016.

This shithole of an apartment was one of the worst decisions I made in terms of renting. We faced flooding, ant infestations, shoddy appliances and an unresponsive management. I implore you to never live here.

Newly fixed up exteriors and hallways, but with 300+ college students, this place is LOUD. Floors and ceilings are thin. Management is responsive, but you have to seek them out. Location is great, but the units are so-so. Not bad for a group of 3 or 4 wanting to live cheap, as the units lack dishwasher, washer or dryer, although all have 2 bathrooms.
