Amenities and general property is okay. New management is not much better than the last. She is rude and slow to respond to maintenance emails. Trash in the front is usually overflowing, and we actually noticed a post-it on the stairs the other day that said "Give back the fucking key".. not sure if she lost it or someone stole it, but unprofessional reaction nonetheless. I wouldn't recommend living here. I rented from fall 2017 through fall 2018. ...

WORST LANDLORD EVER. He is rude, inconsiderate and inappropriate. I think it's a good apartment but not even close to worst the hassle of dealing with the landlord. He'll cheat and disrespect you. Awful experience. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11.

Do not be fooled by the location, price, and seemingly good quality of this apartment complex. I was, and since then, I've been stressed out by the management of the complex, and constant arguments that the landlord provoked. i have never been more disrespected in my life, or pushed to my limit of wanting to yell back. They treat you as if they are doing you a favor by housing you, instead of giving the proper respect a business would to their client. There have been incidents of us wanting to borrow a ladder or wrench and being yelled at for knocking on the door at 8 in the evening. They were willing to lend us the wrench, so long as we paid 20 dollars per hour. We cleaned for days to make sure the long list of 132 or so items were spotless. On the day of move out, I kindly told him we were done and handed him the keys. Instead of grabbing them from me, he rudely said, "I need to do the walkthru let me grab my things." He closed the door on my face before I even got a word in and came back out 2 minutes later with nothing in his hands...I asked, "Will this take very long? I have to get to a class in 10 minutes." He rudely replied, "well that depends on how dirty your apartment is, doesn't it?!?" I asked if it was even mandatory to have the walkthru because we're trusting him as a landlord to do the walkthru accordingly and give us our deposit back. He yelled, "look I'm doing you a favor here, who knows what I'll put on your deposit if you don't do this walkthru now." I asked if he was threatening me, and then said I would contact him if we find problems with our deposit. He responded, "nope. Either you do this walkthru now or don't even think about contacting me." I said that I didn't have the time, and he said, that's too bad then, and he walked to his room and slammed the door. As he was doing so I tried to hand him the keys, and he put his hand up to me and said, "nope, put the keys in your room." That is just one incident of him being so disrespectful to me. A couple weeks after that, he sent the deposit with $330 in deductions. We had originally paid $500. I am trying to give a fair warning that the management here is absolutely unprofessional. So if your looking for something with organization and could care less about the management, then you found yourself an adequately priced apartment with the quality to match it. I rented from fall '09 through summer 10. ...
