We lived here for 2 years and it was the worst experience of my life. We had major mold issues (and water pouring in the windows and running down the wall onto the heater) in the first apartment we lived in and it took 4 months of me calling/stopping in weekly for them to even respond to me. They never wrote anything down when I would go in to have maintenance come take a look. They never actually fixed the problem either. We then transfered apartments and still had a horrible experience. Our apartment was entered by management without proper notification, our car was broken into repetedly and stolen once. They did nothing to tighten security, and when I told them it was stolen and would like them to do something about the fact that the parking lot is unattended, they acted like they had never had burglary problems and that they didn't know we had been broken into before even though we had filed a report with them. They also tried to rip me off and keep a large chunk of my deposit even though the apartment was in better condition than when I moved in. They were gutting the place anyway to remodel. They are gutting second apartment as well including tearing out the carpet and are still trying to charge us to have it "cleaned". Never move in here. It is a joke!
