Noisy neighbors, tons of RUDE children playing right infront of our sliding back door--who enjoyed looking in through the door and teasing our dog. As soon as the weather was warming up we were attacked by ants AND earwigs. When we moved in, they put new carpet in the apartment... which was nice, but they did a really poor job installing it, we frequently step on carpet tacks/staples, AND it's coming up! Overall it was mediocre but liveable. The lady in the office is extremely nice and helpful, but the apartments themselves werent impressive.

I rented from winter '07 through spring '08.
I paid monthly rent of $745 during fall/winter.
