I have lived in this apartment for about 3 months and I love it! I have never encountered a property owner that is as nice and friendly as Shockoe Properties! They are never rude on the phone, always return my calls, and can answer any question I have at any given time. Our property manager Adam, does tend to be very busy and hard to reach, but he will always call you back, or there are numerous other people in the office that are more than willing to help you. The apartment itself is wonderful! Central AC/Heat, our own washers/dryers, brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, huge floor plan, the works! I absolutely love it here. Parking has never been a problem, there is always somewhere to park. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone interested!

I rented from summer '07 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $1075 during fall/winter.
