Parking is good because there are assigned garage spaces but as far as visitors...you can forget it! For 1500 people who may live here there are only 8 to 10 spaces on property for the visitors. Your visitors will have to park on the street and overnight guests better move before 7am or get that $40 ticket. Good Luck
