If you live here, expect to get your stuff stolen.

The on-grounds staff is nice. They make the best of a bad situation created by the management company, who clearly mandates running the place like a slightly upscale slum. If you have a complaint, expect to get smiled at a lot, and then ignored.

Parking is a joke. Security spends more time booting residents and harassing guests than they do preventing rampant theft in the area.

Management company is completely unresponsive. It actually seems like they don't care about their long term reputation in the SLC community, only about the immediate bottom line.

Don't live here. It's way too expensive and there are better choices for your money.

I rented from '03 through '07.
I paid monthly rent of $1000 during fall/winter for a private room.
