The price jumps within a year are not congruent with the rest of the area. They are now overpriced as can be seen with more than 10 apartments vacant. The Landlord "Brook" should not be employed. After the last manager left the apartment complex has fallen apart and the rent has increase significantly. Cable is mandatory so what is stated as the rent price you need to add another $24 to get what you will actually be paying.

I rented from summer '05 through winter '07.
I paid monthly rent of $780 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $670 during spring/summer for a private room.
