Linden Colonial Apartments is the worst apartment complex I've ever resided in. The playground for our kids to play on its always dirty and not well equipped. Brooke the manager is extremely unprofessional and seems unknowledgeable. Flirts with tenants and claims she is 28 when she appears and acts 20. Keep your social life and work life apart bimbo! I rented from fall '07 through summer '08.

The price jumps within a year are not congruent with the rest of the area. They are now overpriced as can be seen with more than 10 apartments vacant. The Landlord "Brook" should not be employed. After the last manager left the apartment complex has fallen apart and the rent has increase significantly.
