Great apartments, very clean, very nice, newer styling...parking is the downfall. No where to park for guests really...and you only get one assigned stall that there is a waiting list for.

I rented from summer '05 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $600 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $709 during spring/summer for a private room.
