I love living here! It's definitely a hidden gem of BYU housing. I have a shared room and my closet is HUGE (one whole wall is our closet), we each have dressers and desks, the kitchen has lots of space and is nice, and we have lots of closets for storage and coat space. It's a great price for what you get and the ward is great, too. There are only 10 apartments in Applewood total so we combine with part of Moon apartments (girls) and have Manavu and Banbridge (men's housing) in our ward. Laundry is coin-op on site. Whenever things haven't worked, we have told management and someone usually comes the next day or so to fix it. Utilities are around $13 a month for us. We have a big counter with 2 sinks and a mirror, then our shower & toilet are in a separate room. This works well for getting ready! I know some of the apartments have different layouts, so I would ask about it specifically when singing up. Upstairs apartments have AC and downstairs don't (everyone has heaters though) so we just got a swamp cooler to put in the window for downstairs and it's great. Management just gave us new couches so the apartment looks really nice, too. I love that it's well kept, but we don't have any cleaning checks or anything so management is never really involved unless we have to get something fixed (which I like). Parking is behind the complex and is free. Sometimes it's hard to get a spot if you get back late at night during the Fall/Winter semesters. If that happens, you can just find a spot on the street. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! I rented from fall 2016 through summer 2017. ...

Great location and enjoyed the people there. Had cool roommates. Cool ward. I Wouldn't say the apartment was spotless but nonetheless it was a convenient location. It was a pretty sweet setup. I rented from winter 11 through spring 11.

I love living here! I think it is one of the best complexes at BYU! The ward is really social and down to earth! All of the girls in the complex are very friendly and nice! The apartments are really cute and the kitchens are all brand new! The Landlord is the greatest! She is willing to help you with anything and is very easy to contact! You should definitely live here! I rented from fall '08 through winter '09. ...
