Old apartment complex, close to campus, good ward, not much parking, all apartments now have A/C. I rented from fall 2017 through fall 2019.

This is the greatest apartment I've lived in- AMAZING ward and activities. Close to campus, just limited parking spots. I highly suggest living here. I rented from winter 2018 through winter 2018.

Exterior of complex is nicely kept up; however, the interiors are old and appliances/faucets haven't been replaced in years. Parking is available to only a fraction of car-owning residents at a recurring cost. Management staff/ownership is atrocious. Within a week of residency, I was fined for inadequate parking, major complex announcements were miscommunicated (residents were not informed due to sending emails to the wrong place), office hours were not kept, and our water was completely turned off for over twelve hours. If you can, find somewhere else to live. I rented from winter 2018 through winter 2018. ...

I enjoyed living at Allred Apartments. Management was useless and sometimes even rude. My encounters with management were always bizarre, they couldn't answer simple questions, maintenance requests were rarely responded to, their "handyman" doesn't know what he is doing, cleaning checks were strict and odd depending on the mood of the manager. All in all it is still a good apartment for the price. It is relatively updated. If you can handle dealing with incompetent management Allred is right for you. I rented from fall 2014 through winter 2015. I paid $280 in rent per month and average utilites were around $10. ...

No major complaints. The Landlords are awesome and are very willing to help with any problems. The parking lot is a little small, but other than that everything has been wonderful! I rented from fall 10 through winter 11.
