I don't know how this place has such high rating. So dirty. Says they do the carpet cleaning, but they don't. Management sucks. Inconsistent cleaning checks. I rented from spring 2013 through summer 2015.

I lived here for 3.5 years and I was happy. I rented from fall 2013 through fall 2016.

I lived here actually from 2000 until 2003. It was a great place to live. I was there when the ward boundary changed, and it was not as good after the boundary changed. I had friends that lived there for over 10 years. I rented from fall 2001 through winter 2003. ...

Probably one of the better deals in Provo. The apartments have good space, with the 2 Bed 2 Bath layout. The landlord is really helpful and responsive. Close enough to walk to campus everyday comfortably. The ward was really awesome while I was there. Even though the girls apartments are blocks away, it stays pretty social. Met my wife in the ward, plus a bunch of other inter-ward marriages. Even if you're not looking for a shorty-baby the ward is fun and social. Apartments aren't luxury or anything, but for the price and being a single mens complex, it has really good value. I'd recommend it. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

Never had problems with parking, manager is cool and when we needed repairs they were done very promptly. They do a good job of keeping the apartments clean and nice, though not all are the same level. Great ward, frustrating being a few blocks away from the girls in the ward though. ...

Not the fanciest place ever, but for the price it is AMAZING! I've lived here for over 3 years now and I have no reason to go anywhere else. We got new, awesome carpet last year, and brand-spankin' new couches this year! Management and apartment maintenance is the best you could ever hope for. The ward is officially the best BYU ward ever! You won't want to go to any other ward. There were maybe 2 times in the last 3 years that I've had trouble with parking. Only 4 blocks from campus. I HIGHLY recommend this place! I rented from fall '07 through fall 11. ...

Just put in new carpet. There's plenty of space with just 4 guys in each apartment. Having 2 bathrooms with 2 showers is nice. I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

I loved this apartment complex so much that I did not feel motivated to move anywhere else. I have been through three managements and I must say the they have been good. The Landlord is very responsive, the location is excellent, the ward is amazing, the place is clean enough for a single guy. I rented from fall '01 through summer '06. ...

I enjoyed my time at AA. The apartments aren't of the highest quality, but good enough for students on the cheap. The carpets could have used replacing, but we covered ours with a giant rug. Parking was better than anywhere else I've lived in Provo (you won't have to park a block away). I rented from fall '04 through fall '06. ...

This place is cheap and you get what you pay for. However, for low 200's this place is great. The Land Lord is awesome. They have always taken care of everything immediately upon calling them. That alone makes the place worth moving into. I rented from fall '04 through winter '06. ...

For the price, this place is great. The landlords are awesome and take care of anything that needs their attention. The guys are awesome and the ward is the best. 4 guys 2 bathrooms... not bad. Just make sure you on a the 2nd or 3rd floor if you want A/C. Bottom floor has none. I rented from fall '04 through winter '06. ...
