It’s a bit run down, but it’s a decent price. There’s a small restaurant nearby and during the warmer months, they house outdoor parties which can be heard quite clearly (granted I was in the apartment closest to them). That was probably one of my bigger complaints other than the management. But they got a new manager and he’s been great so far! Again, it’s pretty low quality, but I was fine here with my friends! ...

Southridge has a great location but is far too expensive for the low-quality apartment that it provides. There are regular maintenance problems (the toilet leaked twice, the dishwasher stopped working, the heater stopped working in the winter, etc) and it took a long time to get anything fixed. ...

Okay, so here's the sitch. My friend lives here and it sucksss. Like, the bathroom is so disgusting I can hardly stand to use it (and I've squatted over holes in the ground in third world countries). Sorry I got distracted. So my friend is financially independent- no familial support whatsoever. And she didn't pay her whole utility bill last month. (Not sure if it was more than usual or she couldn't afford to pay the whole thing??) So because of this $5-$10, she was getting charged 5 dollars a day, unwittingly, for 38 days. And when we went in just now to talk to the staff about it. This woman we talked to about it was unnecessarily cruel. Like, didn't give a crap that my friend has $7 in her bank account. Didn't care that they had the wrong email address on file and my friend didn't even know she had underpaid. She was fully compassionless. So thank heavens that her boss was in the room to say, "Just knock those fees down to twenty bucks." Bless you, kind man. And to Miss Pink Shirt White Jeans, you should be ashamed of yourself. Do better. I rented from fall 2018 through summer 2019. ...

I was here 2013-2014. The management is quick on repairs. parking sucks if you don't get one of the 20 passes they offer for underneath. They will rape your wallet on utilities. I averaged $45 per month alone, meaning each of my roomates also shelled out $45. There is no way that utilities cost that much in Provo. They also don't tell you upfront that you wont get all your deposit back. apartments are what you would expect for 30 year old apartments I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

The only thing Southridge has going for it is its location. Parking, since this complex only has technically 1/4 of parking spots for all the tenants who "could" have a car, some tenants use the visitor parking lot because everyone else in the complex has to park on the street, (to compete with all the houses across the street, AND the other apartment complex on the other side of Southridge that also has crappy parking [surprise, its the same Company that rents the apartments]). If you want to experience a really ghetto complex and pay a lot for it then this is the place for you! "YOU SHOULD RENT HERE" - The Management. I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

This is the crappiest apartment I could imagine living in. My roommate and I came here to be close to campus and have a chill, cheap complex to live in. The apartment is tiny and is falling apart. Maintenance typically does simple patch jobs rather than fixing problems. Our toilet randomly runs and although maintenance came to "fix it," it's still running. Maintenance are very nice, but they play their music quite loudly when they work which disturbs people who are still sleeping or want some quiet. Management is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Our manager is nice enough, but she is completely useless. Our apartment is above the hot tub and people are there hours past the posted usage times, and despite numerous complaints from multiple tenants, she has not done a single thing to fix the issue. The lock on the hot tub gate is broken and people from other complexes come use our facilities which just goes to show that they have no control over the complex or the satisfaction of their tenants. The laundry facilities are overpriced and usually have several machines out of order. Despite the fact that this is a single housing complex, there are currently a few married couples living here which is a complete lack of regard for BYU housing policy. The walls and windows are thin and poorly insulated and you can hear everything that goes on outside and in the hallways (and it drives up your utilities). Utilities are very expensive for such a small living space. We typically pay about $50 per person in our apartment. The kitchen has almost no counter space and has smaller-sized appliances, which we did know going in, but it is still inconvenient. There is no "deep clean" between tenants, so the apartments are in disrepair and are not checked up on. Several other tenants have found mice and black mold in their apartments. The upper management is as unhelpful as the manager is. We just got Google Fiber installed, which is great, but they are keeping their old internet provider and requiring all tenants to pay for that internet whether they use it or not. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. The only thing I really like about this apartment complex is its proximity to campus, which I love. I lived here from August 2013 to April 2014. ...

Okay so the price looks cheap, but then they slap 50$ of utilities on you. The apartments have zero insulation so during winter if you keep your heat over 65 degrees prepare for more than 50$ a month. Quality is low, but for the price i could live somewhere cheaper and have the same quality. I wouldn't really recommend this place. 2013-2014 I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

If you don't pay for a parking spot, you're basically screwed. If people invite friends over, and they take the street, you have to park a block or two away. No thats not bad, but when its snowing outside and you have groceries, you'll be thinking twice. The quality is pretty poor. We have to swing the door shut to get it to close, and girls can't open the door. (Thats THE WORST) Our dishwasher leaks. Other than that, you pay for what you get. I actually rented from fall of 13 to winter of 14. Im still here but don't want to be. I rented from fall 10 through winter 11. ...

I love living here! It is one of the best complexes at BYU! The ward is really social and down to earth! Everyone in the complex is very friendly and nice! The apartments are great! Kitchens are kind of small and parking is tight if you have a car. You should definitely live here! I rented from winter 11 through fall 11. ...

After reading some of the other reviews, I have to say that I don't agree with them. For the price, location and wonderful ward, you can't go wrong. The apartment feels a bit old but I'm also not paying for the Taj Mahal. I've been very pleased and plan on staying here for my whole time at BYU. I rented from winter 11 through summer 11. ...

One parking spot per apartment on a block that is already packed. Poor quality apartments-- the roof leaked in my apartment and it took maintenance 4 months to "get around to" fixing it (while my roommate and I had to pay 3x utilities to heat our freezing place). Poor insulation-- too hot in the summer, too cold in the winter. The windows don't seal. The price keeps going up, but not much is being done to improve the place. Great location and really social ward though. I rented from spring '09 through summer 10. ...

The only good thing I can say about this place is the location. It is just one block from campus. I remember when I first moved in the place felt so dark and small. We bought some extra lamps to improve the lighting. Each apartment only gets one parking spot, so I usually had to park on the street outside or even a block away. The place looks like it is going to fall apart from both the outside and the inside. The stove, dishwasher, and fridge are mini. The ward was okay, but the other wards I have been in were better. You barely get what you pay for at this cheap place. I recommend paying a little more and getting a much better place. I rented from fall '09 through winter 10. ...

The management is bubbly but not acomadating, so don't be fooled. So long as you don't mind following the contract to a T and having no special exceptions it will be fine. If you have any trouble (which you are sure to have) look somewhere other than the management to care. They just take your money and provide the bare bones of what is required of them. Great location, cheap price. But cheap apts. The bathroom is tiny and impossible to clean. The stove and kitchen is an afterthought. I'm excited to move out and go to a humane environment. It's $235 rent but usually 25 for utilities. so 260 is about right I rented from fall '09 through winter 10. ...

The management is great, if you get along with them they will do all that they can to help you. The apartments are old and have occasional problems, but generally maintenance is fast.
