This is such a great place to live! It\'s only a block south of campus, which is super nice. The ward is great and everyone is really social. The landlord for my apartment (#1) is super quick to respond and takes care of things right away when needed. Kensington II has 2 reserved parking spaces per apartment, and parking on the street isn\'t nearly as bad as it\'s sometimes made out to be.
I rented from fall '10 through winter '11.
I paid monthly rent of $315 during fall/winter for a shared room
