Inca Villa

Married housing. It was good for a first apartment because it was cheap and close to BYU, but the complex is old and really needs renovations. Small kitchen, large but weird-shaped bedroom, AC unit in bedroom window and overhead fan in the front room. No disposal which we hated. We were scared to run the heater during the winter because we were afraid the place would catch on fire, so we used a space heater instead. Hideous (broken) curtains. Manager was slow to fix things and seemed reluctant to help us out. But at least it had free cable. And it seems like a lot of cheap married housing are dumps. One parking spot per apartment.

I rented from fall '04 through winter '05.
I paid monthly rent of $450 during fall/winter.
