It's the Madsen House on 394 N. 300 E. The house is great (though it does need a little work, and I'm honest about the word little), the ward is fabulous, and it's been a total blast!

The one big complaint is that you have on-street parking only. No driveway, no parking lot.

I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.
I paid monthly rent of $300 during fall/winter for a private room.
