The ward is fantaastic and it is very close to campus. Parking is not good, though, and each apartment has a different landlord. Your landlord can make a huge difference in your experience.

I rented from spring '05 through winter '06.
I paid monthly rent of $300 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $220 during spring/summer for a private room.

The only thing I don't like about living here is the parking situation. There is one spot per apartment, and all others have to park on the street which can be difficult since it's located right next to several other complexes. The ward is excellent, and I love the location.

one parking spot per apartment, sometimes hard to find parking on the street. Only girls appartments. Very spacious thought, but the guys live very far away.
