When I lived there, we had a flood in our apartments from the washer. It took my roomates and their parents constantly calling the manager and the owner itself to finally get it fixed. The apartment was halfway remodeled when I moved back into my apartment (most of which never got fixed)until BYU housing was going to inspect it. Management has changed since then, they are a lot more reliable. Howeverk for the price they ask for i would reccomend searching somewhere else. Its not worth the price!

I rented from fall '05 through fall '06.
I paid monthly rent of $205 during fall/winter for a shared room.
I paid monthly rent of $119 during spring/summer for a shared room.

DO NOT LIVE HERE! The managers may be nice, but the owners will screw you over! Nothing was ever fixed, even when there was a gas leak. DO NOT LIVE HERE!

I rented from fall '06 through winter '07.
I paid monthly rent of $290 during fall/winter for a shared room.

the older apartments are newly remodeled but small. it's tough trying to share the bathroom and living space with 3 other girls. just got new managers and so far they are a lot better than the previous managers who never fixed anything no matter how much you bugged them. the newer apartments are much better to live in since there's 2 bathrooms and there's a seperate room for the washer/dryer. the rent is going up since they just remodeled and I don't think it's worth that much for a small shared room with 4 girls sharing 1 bathroom.
