The landlords are horrible with cleaning checks. They're unreasonably picky. The price is way too expensive for a shared room. The beds are old, heavy, plastic-coated things that are extremely uncomfortable. Utility payments are $40 per month, regardless of actual usage.

Couches are old and ugly. Carpets are dirty and need to be replaced.

The people are nice and a lot of fun. Live at Canterwood instead. Same Ward, better apartments.

You pay too much for a shared room in an average sized apartment. The plumbing is not up to par, there have been several water pipe leaks in both guys and girls condos. There have been two leaks in my apartment alone since i have lived here. The ward is great and social.
