I rented from '03 through '05.

These are such nice apartments! I love that I had my own mirror/sink/vanity! That was great! Underground parking is awesome, too- especially because you get a garage door opener! It's really secure. Not the most social place, though...

I rented from fall '05 through fall '06.
I paid monthly rent of $375 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $295 during spring/summer for a private room.

I'd live here again if it weren't for the monthly cleaning checks--- 1st Saturday of every month at 8:30 AM!!! And the cleaning check ladies are RUDE. You can rent F/W only for a little bit more money. I'd recommend the D room at the front of each apartment-- less noise and it's a bit larger.

expensive, far away, so-so ward, but really nice, beautiful, and extra comfortable.
