Enclave Village

Fantastic complex! All units are individually owned, and some are much nicer than others. They are spacious and the way the complex is set up makes it very social.

The 2nd and 3rd floor apartments are bigger and avoid getting an inside window if you are a light sleeper, the noise echoes off the walls and you wont be able to sleep.

Parking can be tough, but there is always plenty of room on 600 North and 300 East.

I loved living there and would recommend it to anyone!

I rented from fall '04 through fall '07.
I paid monthly rent of $340 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $240 during spring/summer for a private room.

The Enclave is an awesome ward, especially during spring and summer. I didn't have a contract there during this time period, but I lived on my friend's couch for a few weeks.

Since there is a courtyard and pool/spa, there's an excellent social atmosphere. The HOA is not the best at maintaining the overall complex, but I hear they are doing some renovations in March/April 2007.

Average price for most condos is $350 for a private room. Some are less expensive while others a may be a little more expensive.

Parking stalls are not the best (they're a little tight), but you do have two plus about 10 free spots. For the most part, I've been able to park in the garage.

Each apartment is privately owned, so quality and prices vary. Definately take a look at the apt. you're interested in before signing a contract.
