This complex has both shared and private bedroom units. I lived in a Stone Property private unit, so my experience is a bit different than others.

The ward and building could at best be described as average. There was nothing that stood out making the Dev a great deal or exciting place to live. The shared rooms are a deal, however the private rooms are a RIP OFF. They charged $325 for a closet sized room.

Stone Properties was the worst landlord I have had my entire time in Provo, took weeks to fix broken heater, and took all of the deposits for damage they created when moving furniture in.

There are much better deals for a single room just over $300 dollars, south of campus.

I rented from fall '03 through summer '04.
I paid monthly rent of $325 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $225 during spring/summer for a private room.
