DT is a hit or miss kind of place, depending on your personality. If you're into high-quality apartments, not super outgoing (or can't stand those who are), or can't stand public bathroom type of stuff, you're better off somewhere else. On the other hand, if you're the type to stay up late eating pizza in the hallway with a bunch of freshman pulling pranks and stuff, it might not be a bad choice. Seriously, both sides have their merits.
