I agree the biggest problem is parking, you have to back out of the entire lot, there just isn't room to turn around. And there isn't enough parking anyway. Honestly though for 200 bucks a month its a pretty good deal

Parking sucks. Hard to get in/out, and not enough spaces. plus half of the tenants suck at driving so you'll get scratches all over your car. management won't do anything until you get byu on their case.

I paid monthly rent of $200 during fall/winter for a shared room.
I paid monthly rent of $80 during spring/summer for a shared room.
