Don't pay with a credit card or check. They take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to process the charge. When you pay with a credit card they charge you $15.60 "convenience fee". They keep horrible books and will rarely have the correct information. They are hurting for money! They will try to change your deposit amount mid-contract and you will most-likely have a rent increase. I liked living here until I had a problem, then all hell broke out.
The apartments are alittle small, but a 10 minute walk to BYU and close to Smiths.

I rented from fall '07 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $525 during fall/winter.
