I really enjoy Canyon Terrace, despite some strange noises from the plumbing and no dishwasher. The appliances aren't great, but there is plenty of room. Parking is terrible, but it's so close to campus that the walk is really short. The people are friendly and the ward is great.

I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.
I paid monthly rent of $250 during fall/winter for a shared room.

By far one of the worst complexes I have ever lived in. If you dropped anything round, it would roll to the center of the apartment (from any round) and rest; Yup, water, tennis-balls etc; The walls are painted brick, the heater/air conditioning unit don't work. It's just completely terrible and needs to be ripped down and replaced with something new.
