My husband and I lived in these apartments for two years. The management is nice, but irresponsible. The apartment was so dirty when we moved in that we had to clean our blackened feet daily before we climbed into bed up until we cleaned the apartment ourselves. The apartments have extremely poor ventilation and there was already mold in the walls and ceilings when we moved in. In several places it had eaten straight through the drywall. As a result, both of us developed clinical mold toxicity. I experienced severe nervous system issues including DAILY debilitating migraines and neuropathy. The bathroom continuously smelled like a literal swamp, and we were concerned that hazardous gasses had built up in the drains (smelled like an outhouse/sulfur). We asked the management to do something about it and they came and sprayed, but a responsible management company would be using rent money to replace the walls and get rid of the problem at its source. ...

One of the worst apartments we've lived in. The management are some of the greediest people out there. The luxury apartments have nothing more luxurious about them than the standard apartments, you just have to pay a lot more to live in one. We payed $770 instead of $720 just to have crown molding on three walls and a fan. As well don't expect your deposit back. In fact, when we were emailed about our deposit they expected us to pay them more money for things that were unexplained. If you plan on renting here, reconsider. I rented from fall 2015 through spring 2016. ...

We would get our towels and sheet stolen all the time and they never show up again. People below us were always complaining that we were "jumping around" when we walked around. They also thought we had a "150lbs dog" cause they could here stuff when we were gone. I didn't hit them with the news that, every apartment you live in your going to hear people walking around and doing normal things that's just how apartment living is. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...

We have loved living here. The Mangagment has been great and very quick to fix anything we need.(Never waited more than 36 hours). The management are also flexible with the apts. You can paint and put as many holes in the wall as your need. They want you to feel like its home. The area and people are awesome. Great ward. We have never had a problem finding a parking spot. Plus they have under ground parking, which is great for winter. Kinda of small for the price, but I would recomend it to anyone. ...

This has been one of the biggest headaches I have ever encountered when living in an apartment. There are some serious complaints I have had with this place and would advise anybody looking to rent here to spend an extra $40 and live somewhere else. 1. The parking section has cement slabs and when driving over them they shift creating a loud 'thud' noise. The thud also causes a slight vibration which has consistently set off car alarms. That can be rather frustrating at 12pm when you are trying to sleep. The interesting thing about it was that the residents made the person turn the sensory down. It was done by leaving mean notes on the car. This was due to management not wanting to get involved. 2. The walls are very thin and you are able to hear the other residents. Not too much of a problem until some get really loud and then trying to talk to management accomplishes nothing. 3. Updating your bike tags is useless. I had current tags and mine still got cut and sent to charity. 4. Maintenance can be problematic. The handle to our sink was sticking really bad. Well they tried to do something about it, but now it turns both ways. We are having to turn it to the middle to actually get it to shut off... and it still sticks. 5. The fridge was not level and causing the doors to not line up properly. This led to air leaking out of the fridge and freezer. That translated into a bigger electric bill. We asked numerous times for them to check on it. They did come look at it, but did nothing about it. I finally got tired of hassling them about it and leveled the fridge myself. Doors lined back up and cut our electric bill back down. 6. The hot tub is great when it is not closed due to chemical levels. 7. When it snows the ramps are covered along with the entire upper parking deck. There is very minimal effort is put in to do something about it. It just turns to ice making it very dangerous. 8. It has mold and to complain about it makes it your fault. 9. The cooler we have high limits and does a poor job of cooling the place. 10. We have been here less than 2 years and our monthly rent has increased by 10%. 11. Laundry can be hard to do with their on site facility. Just this weekend we tried doing laundry. Out of the 12 washers 4 of them were out of service. There is a continual problem with the units being out of order. I would say if I had the choice to pay an extra $40-$50 a month for a better apartment I would have done so. I would seriously look at paying the extra before coming here if you are debating between a few places. I rented from winter '07 through fall '08. ...

Management is horrible. Maintenance came in to fix something and snagged our carpet and we got charged for it. Then when we moved out they told us everything was fine, but two months later they sent us our remaining deposit with extra charges they didn't tell us about. Find Somewhere else to live. I have spent way to much time fighting with management, its not worth it. I rented from spring '07 through spring '08. ...

Pros: Looks nice on the outside. Close to BYU. Cons: Apartments are small. Parking is horrible. Management is bad. Frequent problems with heater/air conditioner and oven (requested maintenance but they just patched it up and it broke again a couple days after). Half the washers and dryers are broken and don't clean your clothes very well. Summary: Too expensive for what you get. Find something else and stay away from Cambridge Court! Parking was a zoo! Not to mention the management was horrible. We had a lot of problems with management both while living there and during check-out. Very small and cramped, fine for a temporary fix, but not long-term by any means! I rented from spring '06 through spring '07. ...

Parking is cramped and my car even got hit because a car slipped in the snow. Of course, not even a note was left and damage was significant. The places are cramped inside and price is high. They look nice on the outside but that is about it. I rented from fall '06 through spring '07. ...

My wife and I moved in right after we got married. Luckily we bought a contract of someone for 4 months. The apartments are tiny and way overpriced (They would be $600/month if we had stayed.) Managment's nice, but have inconvenient hours. I would recommend taking the time to find a better place to live. You can find larger apartments with better location for cheaper.
