I lived here for 4 months, it was ok, but not great. The management company, Yorkshire Properties sucks and it takes them forever to do anything. We had some major problems with the shower and the oven, but eventually we got that straightened out. The rest of the complex is ok, some units are crap-holes though. You really have to be careful when you rent condos.

I rented from winter '07 through winter '07.
I paid monthly rent of $250 during fall/winter for a private room.
