I have lived here at Brentwood Park Apartments for over a year now and things have been great. There are times when the laundry room gets dirty but its taken care fast. The manager/landlord has been great, they have been making tons of amazing changes like upgrading all the apartments and fixing the outside appeal. We have enjoyed living here and are planning to stay tell we find a house.

I rented from fall '06 through fall '08.
I paid monthly rent of $625 during fall/winter for a private room.

Simply a correction, I decided to call Brentwood Park Apts and ask if the person who rated these Apartments was honest since i thought that it might be difficult to rent apartments without management. I found that to the contrary of the first rating there was management that lives on site. I also found that they were investing a considerable amount of monies to upgrade the state of the apartments. When i asked them about the above posting they responded that in the last 2 years mice have only been a problem once and that was for a period of about one week. Fortunately, as soon as the unsanitary tenants left the mouse problem ceased. One thing that Brentwood Park Apartments also let me know was that they upgraded all the furnaces for the safety of the tenant and due to some tenants stupidity they had to put locks on the furnace room doors. LOL I guess you shouldn't store gas cans and other flammables in the furnace room

Mice, dirty laundry room, no management, no grounds maintenance, safety hazards.
