TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT

I rented from fall '07 through winter '08.

When- we first saw these apartments we just fell in love. However upon move in, 6 months later, the honeymoon was over and fast. They are not that old and the apartment was trashed when we moved in. The fridge and bathroom looked like someone had been living in there the day before, there were nail holes in the wall, and the for the amount I am paying $315 I was disgusted. Management is awful! When my ethernet port broke management told me she was about to have a baby and therefore couldn't help! Also they advertise covered parking. If you live on the 4th or 5th floor it isn't. When it snows the whole top of the parking garage turns into a ice skating rink which they have never even considered shoveling. Also, it isn't free- it costs $25 a month. The ward is horrible-a bunch of graduates or school teachers who have all lived there for years and not interested in knowing anyone new. Honestly you can do a lot better for your money, so avoid this place like the plague!
