I really liked living here. The atmosphere is really social. My owners were great! They were so nice and considerate. They are all privately owned so I don't know the other owners are though. But it's definitlely a great place to live. There is always something exciting going down on 50 east!

I rented from fall '06 through fall '07.
I paid monthly rent of $350 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $250 during spring/summer for a private room.
