You get what you pay for. Lots of issues. Dirty carpets, old, worn out, tiny bedrooms, little to no social life... The ward is nice enough but if you haven't lived there for years it's hard to break into, and there are pretty much no social activities or anything... I lived here for a semester because it was cheap and convenient, but if you are looking for something more than a place to crash, this really isn't the place for you.

This is a frustrating place to live. The beds made it so that I could not access my desk or my clothes drawer. The carpets are in very poor shape and the bathrooms are full of mold. Overpriced for what you are paying for
